Ultima's daily essentials blend time-tested herbs with modern nutrition, to support steady energy, stress balance and stamina — with zero caffeine.*
I've tried every energy supplement under the sun and nothing stuck - until these. By week three I was waking up ready to go, no afternoon crash, no jitters. The Ashwagandha and Shilajit combo just quietly does its job. My workouts feel stronger and my focus at work is noticeably sharper. One gummy a day really is all it takes.
My endurance during workouts has genuinely improved since starting these. I'm hitting PRs I thought were behind me, and recovery feels faster too. The fact that it's stimulant-free means I can take it any time - no racing heart, no sleep issues. Just steady, reliable performance support that compounds over time.
I picked these up primarily for the stress support - the Ashwagandha was a big draw - and they've exceeded my expectations on every front. My skin looks clearer, my sleep is deeper, and my energy through the day is much more balanced. The gummies taste great too, which means I actually remember to take them.
